As we have learned, you rely on a series of key people throughout the process such as lawyers, bankers, insurance agents, home inspectors, but at the end of the day it is your Realtor who spends the most time with you, sweating it out on multiple Saturdays and evenings, putting offers together, negotiating with sellers and their agents, valuing the properties, and in Leif’s case even helping us determine the cost of potential renovations.
