For this project our goal was to utilize the power of painting and landscaping to increase the curb appeal of this Bloor West Village semi-detached home. We used contemporary colours on the brick and porch to facilitate this fresh new look. We replaced the porch light and added a low maintenance front yard garden to compliment the new exterior.
We updated the kitchen cabinetry by bringing in Encore Painting Ltd. to provide a custom paint job. They also executed the painting on the front of the house in one day. In the backyard, we stained the existing deck, re-shingled the roof on the shed and laid sod in the yard.
