For this project on this lovely Brockton Village row house, our goal was to boost the curb appeal. We painted over the angel stone on the exterior of the house, changed the glass in the front door, added a new wood garbage containment, wood decking and railings, complimented by an updated mailbox, house numbers, light and door hardware. We painted and trimmed the front door and window above and repaired and painted the concrete stairs. Inside we made some small repairs and improvements, tuning up the kitchen, painting select rooms and replacing light fixtures, the bathroom exhaust fan and added some additional window coverings.
