For this project we completed a full makeover of this beautiful Roncesvalles detached home. Our goal was to unify and update the overall look of the home, inside and out. On the exterior we installed new decking on the second floor balcony and added a second, higher railing to conform to current building code and improve safety. We had our brick masons come in and tuck point the three front columns and clean some of the brick. We then did a full paint job of the exterior, front, sides and back, repairing and replacing any damaged wood details along the way. Inside we focused on opening up the space by organizing and removing additional contents, painting throughout along with a thorough basement clean up. To top it all off we added our staging accents and cleaned up the front and back yards. We sold a week later for a great value to the next happy owners of this amazing home.
