Project Description
For this project we added the finishing touches to this handsome Roncesvalles detached. Our goal was to pop the curb appeal of this beautiful home with some added form and function. To start we put our client’s in touch with our roofers for a quick roof replacement of the front roof. Our crew then came in and installed new front porch railings, wood stairs, a porch light, house numbers and refinished the front door. We added the matching stained glass window in the master bedroom to round out the exterior update. Inside we did some painting, a hardwood floor refinish, changed all the door handles, some light fixtures and tuned up the kitchen and bathroom. We finished the improvement with a bunch of staging accents throughout the house. We sold just over a week later for a great value.
