For this project our goal was to completely update and transform the entire house into something more contemporary so that we could appeal to a larger buyer demographic and get our client a higher return on their investment. We used our In-House team to remove and store or dispose of all the furniture. Once the rooms were empty they were able to paint and clean before we brought the new pieces of furniture, lighting, plants and artwork in. Because of the changes we made, we were able to list at market value and still bring in 111% of list price on the sale of this Lambton-Baby Point Bungalow.
