Project Description
For this project we updated this stunning Wallace Emerson loft. Our goal was to add some extra form and function to this already really cool space. We started the improvement with a full paint job, including the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, we made some minor repairs and improvements, replacing a bathroom sink, installing new light fixtures, updated bulbs, a new ceiling fan, new bathroom mirrors, toilets, and a quick refinish of the lower and roof top decks. After we finished the 2 week improvement, we fully staged the property, adding every detail, bringing this amazing space back to it’s full form.
