For this project on this detached Brockton Village home, we made some small changes that made a big difference. Our goal was to freshen up the previous renovation inside and out. We installed new evenly spaced exterior front stairs and gave the front of the house a fresh coat of paint. Inside we painted most of the rooms, added some new doors, installed new window coverings, replaced old light fixtures, pot lights and exhaust fans, tuned up the kitchens and bathrooms and added staging elements throughout. After a week on market we got multiple offers and sold for 132% of the list price.
