Zaneta’s work in sales and the hospitality industry helped her develop the skills, passion and motivation to go above and beyond client expectations. She prides herself on personalized service for both buyers and sellers. Zaneta works for a team that has the data, experience and tools to make the best real estate decisions and she understands the need for clients to feel informed and confident throughout the process. Zaneta has been a real estate assistant for the past three years where she has gained valuable administrative and staging experience and learned the critical details for successfully buying, selling and leasing your property. Outside of real estate, Zaneta is passionate about mental and physical health and is active in the Polish community.

We just bought our first house, and Leif was a huge part of this. As we have learned, you rely on a series of key people throughout the process such as lawyers, bankers, insurance agents, home inspectors, but at the end of the day it is your Realtor who spends the most time with you, sweating it out on multiple Saturdays and evenings, putting offers together, negotiating with sellers and their agents, valuing the properties, and in Leif’s case even helping us determine the cost of potential renovations. Leif couldn’t have helped us more. He was professional, experienced, patient, and really easy to work with. His experience as a former contractor was especially handy, giving us his real time insights on the feasibility and cost of upgrades and renovations, as well as the overall quality of the houses we put offers on. This is especially helpful in Toronto, where in many cases there are multiple bidding situations that don’t necessarily allow much leeway when it comes to home inspections.
